Dunja Pejić
Dunja Pejić is an expert in leadership coaching, sustainable tourism, and policy innovation, with over 20 years of commitment to driving positive change and empowering communities.
Her journey began in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where she recognized the transformative power of bringing people together through tourism to accelerate the reconciliation process in her post-war homeland. This realization sparked her passion for leveraging the potential of community engagement and leadership development – a passion she still lives today.
After several years of working at the Ministry of Trade and Tourism in her homeland, where her focus extended beyond conventional tourism paradigms, Dunja established an organic farm fostering community values that catalyzed tangible social change. Today, she harmoniously combines her expertise in leadership coaching and people development with her background in the travel industry.
Dunja’s academic foundation in Tourism and Geography from the University of Novi Sad, Serbia, and an MA in Tourism and Cultural Industries from London Metropolitan University laid the groundwork for her multifaceted career.
